Natalie joined Riordan & Riordan in October 2019 and has previously worked at mid-tier firms specialising in commercial and property law.

She advises clients in respect of general commercial and property matters including sale of businesses, shareholder and unitholder agreements, share purchase/sale agreements, distribution agreements, joint venture agreements, leasing and restrictive covenant matters.

Natalie takes a strong commercial approach to tackling matters.
