Timothy is a senior associate at Riordan & Riordan. Working closely with director and co-founder Simon Riordan, he advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to commencing at Riordan & Riordan, Timothy practiced in estate planning and property law, in addition to corporate and commercial law. Drawing on his experience in these complementary practice areas, Timothy is known for his considered and pragmatic advice.

Timothy has obtained broad experience having acted for a range of small to medium sized entities on matters including: the sale and purchase of businesses, sale of shares and the sale of units; conducting and advising on due diligence enquiries; corporations law advices; corporate structuring, such as shareholder/unitholder agreements, company, trust and self-managed superannuation establishments and trust deed variations; loan agreements and security documentation; drafting and advising on licence agreements, terms and conditions of trade, supply and distribution agreements and privacy policies.

Estate Planning
Timothy has extensive experience advising on and drafting: Wills (including testamentary trust Wills), financial, medical and corporate powers of attorney and superannuation death benefit nominations.
